This week, I have provided brief explanations of the honors and recognitions we award each year at InfoMart. Feel free to use these ideas in your own event planning.

Chairman Award

There are years that I personally select and recognize someone with the “Spirit of the Sword” award. This commendation is given to people both within and outside of the company. They are those that have given all of themselves and made a significant difference to InfoMart. This is an exclusive award; I don’t award this every year.

These honors are just some of the ways we recognize talent and dedication in InfoMart. To learn more about employee engagement and how to create a positive company culture, download our whitepaper Designing an Engaged Company Culture: How to Retain Top Talent.
