InfoMart sends candidates an invitation to submit their information and complete disclosure and authorization forms directly on our platform. Your team receives results when the screening is complete.
Employer-led
Your team collects candidate information and disclosure and authorization forms before passing the full package to InfoMart. Screening begins on receipt and the candidate experience stays in your system throughout.
Hybrid
You send what your team has collected, and InfoMart fills in what is missing. Most clients choose this model because it fits their existing hiring workflows without a rebuild.
Integration works both ways
You send candidate data to initiate a background check, and InfoMart sends the results back to your system when screening is complete.
