In 2011, InfoMart created the I’m InfoMart program – a group of employee-led committees devoted to promoting work/life balance and employee engagement.
Designing a work hard/play hard company culture.
From holiday celebrations to football kickoffs to summer recess, the I’M Celebrating committee designs all of InfoMart’s company celebrations. The committee decorates the office for holidays, holds a costume contest for Halloween, and coordinates diversity events, potluck luncheons, and our Black History Month events.
Fostering our team’s professional and leadership skills.
The growth of our employees’ professional skills has long been a focus at InfoMart. The I’M Growing committee organizes Lunch & Learn seminars, team building activities, and FCRA training.
Promoting healthy, active life choices.
Dedicated to promoting the physical and mental health of our employees, I’M Fit has launched initiatives such as 30-day fitness challenges, Fruit Fridays, veggie potlucks, and our annual Biggest Loser competition.
Nurturing our team’s charitable initiatives.
InfoMart’s tradition of community service is carried on by the I’M Giving committee. From our Green Team, dedicated to preserving our environment, to our participation in charitable fundraisers such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk, AIDS Walk Atlanta, and our annual American Red Cross blood drive, I’M Giving keeps our staff connected to the world at large.

With an emphasis on life-work balance, I’M Living provides access to financial advisors, coordinates the company’s vendor discounts, provides massages, and organizes fundraisers to benefit our Employee Emergency Fund.
As a leader in employment background screening since 1989, InfoMart is dedicated to conducting business with a social responsibility and environmental consciousness that helps build a better, longer lasting world for all. As a business, a brand, and a collection of individuals with similar goals and values, InfoMart believes corporate sustainability reaches beyond efforts to help the environment. Sustainability must be considered at both the personal level (the impact an initiative has on people) as well as the global level (the contributions a program makes to global change).
To accomplish this goal, InfoMart creates and maintains sustainability initiatives within multiple facets of the organization, as well as outside of daily business operations.
