![]() Career Assessment
The InfoMart Career Assessment is designed to measure an individual’s interpersonal and cognitive competencies in the areas most critical to job performance across a wide range of jobs. There are seven overall competencies measured through the InfoMart Career Assessment.
The InfoMart Career Assessment also measures cognitive competencies with a General Reasoning construct - speed of learning, problem solving ability, logical thinking, strategic vs. tactical focus. Career is a true 6th generation, normative instrument that is designed specifically for business use. It requires no expert interpretation and is easily understood by HR professionals and hiring managers alike. The Assessment can be taken on paper or online. The cognitive portion is timed for 6 minutes, and the personality section averages 8 to 10 minutes to complete. Paper/pencil results can be input to the account management area in approximately 2 minutes per test. Then simply select the participant(s) and reports you would like to view or print.
Character Assessment
Deviant behavior in the workplace, such as vandalism, computer misuse, absenteeism and tardiness, is widespread. It is estimated that over 75% of employees have stolen from their employers at least once. Identifying job applicants who pose a potential employment risk has become increasingly important.
The InfoMart Character Assessment is a cost-effective screening tool for identifying job applicants whose behavior, attitudes, and work-related values are likely to interfere with their success as employees.
