InfoMart's Government Watch List is available to search free of charge. The list contains information from:
- the Office of Foreign Asset and Control (OFAC) database — consisting of all persons and companies that have been barred from entry or conducting business in the United States of America. The U.S. Department of the Treasury maintains this database.
- the Government Services Administration/Office of the Inspector General (GSA/OIG) database — containing the excluded persons list, which are persons that have been barred from working within the government. Persons contained within this list have performed malfeasance (misconduct of a public official - unlawful acts).
