InfoMart’s philosophy on customer service begins during the sales process with our needs assessment and implementation teams.  Our needs assessment specialists will meet with your company representatives to determine and document your screening needs and tailor your InfoMart screening program to meet each objective.  As your account setup is finalized and you begin to process your background screening program through us, our Implementation team will train you on use of our system and will monitor your account for the first 30 days to ensure a smooth transition.

Upon completion of the implementation period, our world class customer service continues as you are introduced to your full-time representative(s).  Our customer service representatives are seasoned employees located here in our corporate headquarters, having worked in one or more operational departments prior to being promoted into our Client Services team.  This allows them to provide you with expert responses to your questions in real time, whether you contact your representatives via their direct phone line, email, or the secure LiveChat feature on our WebASAP platform.
