Court Closures and Delays in Florida

Due to the unusually active hurricane season in Florida, many courts in the areas hit hardest by Hurricanes Charlie, Ivan, and Jeanne are closed or experiencing delays due to damage or flooding. Listed below are some Florida counties that are still being adversely affected by the hurricane damage:

  • Flagler
  • Hamilton
  • Hardin
  • Hillsborough
  • Indian River
  • Jefferson
  • Nassau
  • Okeechobee
  • Palm Beach

  • Saint John
  • Saint Lucie
  • Seminole
  • Suwannee
  • Volusia
Please be aware that some criminal history requests and education verification requests may be delayed in these areas.
