New WebASAP Computer-Based Training

To better serve our customers, InfoMart now offers an interactive web-based tutorial for WebASAP. This training module will guide you through all the steps involved when managing your applicant background screens in WebASAP.

The training module is divided into six separate lessons that take you through each section of WebASAP. In addition to explaining the functionality, the tutorial also allows the user to interact with certain screens. As you move through each lesson, you will have to complete steps to continue. Keeping in mind that everyone does not work at the same speed, a navigation bar is available at the bottom of each tutorial window. This will allow you to fast forward, rewind, pause, or exit the lesson.

The web-based training module was designed to complement the WebASAP User Manual. We recommend using both resources side-by-side when completing the training. With the two tools combined, learning WebASAP becomes a snap.
