InfoMart Introduces Live Chat

Faster than e-mail and easier than a phone call, InfoMart's new Live Chat service gives our clients another way to communicate with our dedicated customer service professionals.

Live Chat Live Chat is an instant messaging-type feature that clients can access by logging into their WebASAP account. Once you're logged in, a Live Chat link will appear in the lower left corner of every WebASAP page. By clicking on this link, you are instantly connected to an InfoMart customer service representative for a secure, encrypted text chat.

Access to customer service representatives via Live Chat is available Monday-Friday, 8 am - 9 pm EST. The Live Chat link automatically identifies the system's availability:

  • Online - You can immediately begin a chat session with the next available customer service representative.

  • Busy - All customer service representatives are busy, but you can enter a queue to wait for the next available representative. Your position in the queue will be identified and updated every minute.

  • Offline - No customer service representatives are available. By clicking on the link, you can send an e-mail to customer service.
