Once an eScreen account is set up with InfoMart, users are given two scheduling options upon submission of applicant profile. Users can choose to schedule the drug testing collection for the applicant or can e-mail an invitation to the applicant for self-scheduling at a convenient collection facility. Once the test is scheduled, the applicant simply takes a printed ePassport to the collection facility and completes the test.

When scheduling a test, users can set parameters and notices. The user can establish the window of collection, request a notification that the account window is about to close and request a notification if the applicant does not report to complete the test.

Once the test has been taken and completed, the results will be sent back to InfoMart and combined with the applicant's background screening profile to be sent back to the user.

For clients looking for the convenience of an instant test, InfoMart also offers eScreen's eReader. An instrumented point-of-collection drug testing device, eReader is designed to activate the eCup, read the results of the test and transmit those results to the eScreen software suite for reporting to the client. Clients can either choose to have the eReader installed on-site or to send applicants to a convenient eReader collection site.
