InfoMart Names Charles Esposito as CEO
and Adam Townsend as Director of Operations Marietta, GA (April 17, 2009) - InfoMart's President and Chair, Tammy Cohen, announced today that Charles Esposito has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Adam Townsend has been promoted to Director of Operations. "Both have a history of excelling in their positions and achieving outstanding results. Over the past few years, Chip and Adam have been instrumental in InfoMart's success, and I look forward to continued growth through their vision and leadership," said Ms. Cohen. Mr. Esposito previously served as InfoMart's Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Esposito has over 25 years experience in the security industry, and an extensive background in sales, marketing, management, strategic alliances and acquisitions. In his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Esposito will utilize his extensive industry knowledge and sales expertise to further position InfoMart as a leader in the background screening industry. "I have been privileged to be a part of the InfoMart team for many years," said Mr. Esposito. "In my new capacity as CEO, I look forward to the opportunity to work with Tammy to continue to grow the company and develop our management team to ensure InfoMart's success for many years to come." Before his promotion to Director of Operations, Mr. Townsend served as Manager of InfoMart's Criminal Department. Prior to joining InfoMart, Adam worked as a Private Investigator and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Townsend obtained a bachelors degree in criminal justice form Valdosta State University.
