Mariettan Amy Phillips is leading a dual life. By day, she is senior executive vice president of InfoMart, a Marietta-based company specializing in employee background checks. The 34-year-old oversees the accounting and human resources departments and is in charge of day-to-day operations.

Her job places her in a pivotal role at InfoMart, one of the country's fastest growing companies whose client list includes FedEx Ground and whose annual revenue tops $20 million.

Phillips and InfoMart owner Tammy Cohen also own Amy and Tammy's Boxed Lunch, a company that makes high-end box lunches.

A lifelong Cobb County resident, Amy lives in Marietta with her husband, Keith, and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and making jam. Her blueberry, strawberry and pineapple preserves have won awards at the North Georgia State Fair.

"I think more than anything, I do have the support of my family and I do have flexibility to be able to leave early to pick the kids up from school or go to the youth ballgame," she said. "I do have to shut off work when I get home and I have to prioritize."
