InfoMart’s Chairman, Charles Esposito, announced today the promotion of Erica Clausen-Lee to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). As CSO, Ms. Clausen-Lee will continue to oversee the Sales, Marketing, and Implementation departments with a primary focus on strategic corporate growth.
“Erica is a knowledgeable professional in the background screening industry with nearly 17 years of experience and a propensity for corporate strategy.” said Mr. Esposito. “We’re thrilled to have her take on this new role and are confident that she will continue to drive InfoMart’s market expansion.”

Ms. Clausen-Lee’s experience spans nearly every function of the industry-leading background screening company. She has previously served as Executive Vice President and Strategic Projects Manager, and was instrumental in the formation of InfoMart’s Compliance department. During her career, she has also managed each of InfoMart’s operating and customer service divisions, and she holds an FCRA Basic Certification from the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA).
