InfoMart Names Adam Townsend as VP of Operations

InfoMart’s President and Chair, Tammy Cohen, announced today that the company’s Director of Operations, Adam Townsend, has been promoted to Vice President. In this role, Mr. Townsend will oversee the processing of InfoMart’s core services including criminal history searches, employment and education verifications, and drug screening. “We are thrilled to have Adam move into this new position,” said Ms. Cohen. “Adam is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in the background screening industry, and he has proven his ability to lead our operations over the past nine years. We know that in his new role, he will continue to drive InfoMart’s operations efficiently and profitably.” Mr. Townsend has a long history with InfoMart and over a decade of experience in screening and investigations. Before his promotion to Vice President of Operations, Mr. Townsend served as Director of Operations and previously as manager of InfoMart’s criminal department. Prior to joining InfoMart in 2002, Adam worked as a private investigator and is licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. Mr. Townsend obtained a bachelors degree in criminal justice form Valdosta State University.
