InfoMart Company Culture
“Sometimes we have to take a look back in order to truly understand where we’re going.” – R.J. Hodges
Background checks are what we do, but who we are is just as important to our success as the accuracy and timely delivery of our results. For 10 years, InfoMart has celebrated diversity in the workplace with our annual Black History Month event that has included luncheons, field trips, and inspirational speakers.
Our 2010 speaker, Atlanta author and training/coaching professional R.J. Hodges, sent us a video this month complimenting our continued efforts to promote and celebrate workplace diversity. “InfoMart is one of those companies… they’re embracing people, they’re embracing the difference of people and understanding that no matter your race, your gender, your sexual orientation, your ethnicity, your culture… we’re all just people. We all want the same things: we all want to live a good life; we all want to provide for our families; we all want the best that this life has to offer; and for the most part, we all want to walk away one day leaving the world a little bit better than it was prior to us coming here.”
From the top down, InfoMart leadership and team members from various backgrounds continue to create a workplace culture that values respect of and service to our customers, each other, and our community at large.
