As a Corporate Accounts Specialist, you will be asked to provide superior customer service to InfoMart’s major clients to foster a strong client-service provider partnership.  This position is located at the client’s job site and may require travel to headquarters for training.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide support to foster a strong customer service foundation to InfoMart’s current and potential clients.
  • Provide clients with status of pending background checks.
  • Notify clients of completed applicant profiles then disseminate them in the appropriate manner.
  • Assist with Quality Assurance to guarantee 100% completion daily.
  • Determine clients’ needs when ad hoc reports are requested and create reports as needed.
  • Act as support to other Corporate Accounts Reps.
  • Provide clients with any special forms needed.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Process requests, forms, applications and requests with specific attention to detailed policies and procedures.
  • Possess the ability to troubleshoot issues with InfoMart software and have a firm grasp of the client’s system.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal operations departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Possess capability of upholding a professional image when greeting and dealing with customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of InfoMart’s policies and procedures for client without written documentation to review.
  • Write and maintain internal policies and procedures for client accounts.
  • Work independently with little supervision onsite with the client.
  • Maintain confidentiality of InfoMart information and loyalty toward company despite working off-site from headquarters.
  • Develop good working relationships with remotely located co-workers through email and phone contact.
  • Maintain constant communication with team regarding changes in policy.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Entry Level candidates with a Bachelors degree encouraged to apply

Experience
Incumbent should possess at least one year of progressive customer service and/or marketing experience.  Must be able to work well under intense pressure, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.  Criminal Justice related knowledge a plus.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Comfort using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Maintain current knowledge of criminal records and results interpretation.
  • Ability to achieve set goals, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in Criminal Justice processes is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct analysis, determining needs and discover resources to support those needs.
  • Ability to tie together productivity and performance measures.
  • Account management.
  • Awareness of FCRA and the roles of the EEOC and CFPB in regulating the background screening industry is a plus.

Title Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Summary

Review requests and other documentation to ensure that there are no errors or issues and ensure that each profile is sent to InfoMart’s clients as per company standards.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review completed profiles for accuracy.
  • Meet benchmark requirements.
  • Report all errors to the appropriate personnel and ensure all errors are corrected before reaching the clients.
  • Conduct intra-departmental follow up to ensure all complete profiles reach clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client inquiry related forms/documents.
  • Assist department manager in creating and maintaining the Customer Service Manual.
  • Attend and come prepared to meetings as required.
  • Maintain a high level of typing and 10-key speed and accuracy.
  • Construct and maintain profiles. Review for accuracy.
  • Process and mark Meets/Does not Meet profiles.
  • Send Quality Assured profile to the clients via WINASAP, WEBASAP or fax.
  • Provide QA profiles on demand for other internal departments.
  • Rebuild profiles when supplemental information is received regarding an applicant.
  • Notify Team Leadership of constituent problems with profiles.

Job Requirements

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
A background in clerical/data entry and 10-key is preferred.  The ideal candidate with possess excellent research and document-review skills.  A keen sense of detail is a must.

Position Summary

To process verifications for pre-employment screening purposes.  Develop recommendations for improvements within reference processing and assist management with implementing solutions to improve productivity.  Incumbents in this position will perform tasks including, but not limited to verifications of employment, education, reference checks, and professional licenses.
Essential Job Functions

  • Must be able to perform data entry, provide excellent customer service, and perform regular telephone communication.
  • Verify the employment, education and professional licenses of applicants applying to work for our clients.
  • Process and record the written and verbal verifications of previous employers and transmit results for client reporting.
  • Conduct personal and professional reference checks and a variety of phone interviews.
  • Research information via Internet (especially to find an employer when there is no listing available).
  • Process within departmental policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Obtain personal references; Verify professional certification; Verify workers compensation claims.
  • Verify attendance and attainment of degrees at educational institutions.
  • Work with client relations department to provide prompt and thorough re-verifications.
  • Contact secretary of state to verify in corporations for self-employment and obtain new name of primary location of an employer or the registered agent information for an unlisted employer.
  • Transcribe information from phone interviews.
  • Call or fax education institutions to verify candidates’ educational degrees and certificates or enrollment from all universities, colleges, trade/vocational schools, and high schools across the United States and Internationally.
  • Responsible for confirming the candidates’ types of degrees or certificates as well as graduation and attendance dates.
  • Perform interviews for individuals applying for specific positions. The analyst is required to ask all questions that have been pre-designed for the applied position by the client.
  • Must be comfortable interviewing applicant references via phone to provide the client with insight into the applicant’s personal and professional lifestyle such as work ethics, moral, character, and personality.
  • Conduct a combined search of the Office of Inspector General and the General Service Administration to search for any individuals or entity that has committed any type of fraud against Medicare, Medicaid or any other Federal funded health care program.
  • This position requires effective and proficient communication and phone skills as well as the ability to think quick and remain professional at all times.

Job Requirements:

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

A background in customer service is preferred. Must have experience with office processes and procedures (i.e. computer processes, fax, etc.).  Must be efficient with Microsoft products (i.e. Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
